About Cotton Row
Cotton Row Home Services began as a two-person heating and air shop working out of a garage off Goodman Road. The plumbing and electrical crews came later, one hire at a time, because customers kept asking, “Do y’all do that too?”
Today the company is still family-run and still answers its own phone. The trucks are newer. The promise hasn’t changed.
How we work
You get a two-hour window by text, and a heads-up call when the tech is on the way.
What’s wrong, what the options are, what each costs. In plain English, in writing.
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and a cleanup that leaves no sign we were there except the fix.
Repairs carry a written warranty. If something we did isn’t right, we come back and make it right.

From the neighborhood
Our AC quit on a Friday afternoon in July. They were here before dinner, had the part on the truck, and the price matched the quote to the penny.
The technician explained what was wrong with the water heater in plain English and gave me a repair option and a replacement option without any pressure.
They added the outlets for our workshop and cleaned up like they had never been there. Easy to schedule, easy to work with.
